Eggs are known to stick, and when it is  cooked in the wrong type of pan this leaves a crusty residue that makes it impossible to clean.  Eggs can be fried using a non-stick frying pan without using butter or oil on medium heat.  The non-stick cookware is easy to clean and use.  It’s coating helps keep food from sticking and easy cleaning afterwards.  Using a stainless steel pan requires using butter or  oil more than that of a nonstick pan.  If the stainless pan is not heated properly, the opening and closing pores in the pan will latch onto the food and cause it to stick to the pan when trying to flip the food.
